Preparations are underway for our 117th Annual Conference, October 7-8, at the beautiful Grouse Mountain Lodge! The annual MEDA conference is a great networking, motivational and educational event! 

Plan on arriving in Whitefish on Wednesday, October 7th by 10AM and departing on Friday morning, October 9th. MEDA staff and Board of Directors are hard at work on another great conference that features keynote speaker Sarah Greer, Senior Master Sales Trainer with Sales Gravy, one of the world’s top sales training organizations. With more than 20 years of front-line sales and leadership experience, Sarah delivers high-impact, real-world strategies that help sales professionals prospect more effectively, close more deals, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Our other keynote speaker, Anthony Huey, will give sales professionals a presentation on “The power of talk in an AI World.” As AI makes great writing accessible to everyone, verbal communication becomes the true differentiator. In this engaging keynote, Anthony Huey shares how strong speaking skills shape first impressions, build influence, and drive success in business and life.

In addition to Anthony, we will hear from Jeff Michael, Director of the UM Bureau of Business and Economic Research, as he explains where we’ve been economically and where we are headed.

On Thursday morning, we will have two discussion groups. One roundtable will be on utilizing new changes in law to maximize financial incentives for apprenticeships to keep your hiring pipeline full. The other will be thought provoking roundtable on Threats and Opportunities in the next Legislative Session.

You can also expect first-class meals and networking events, including your choice of golf at the Whitefish Golf Course, Brew’s Cruise through three local breweries or guided mountain biking!  All activities will include lunch.
